Had a great stay! The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh scrambled eggs. The location is perfect for exploring historic Tomar too. Just one note, noise traveled a bit from upstairs, but overall, I really enjoyed my time here.

Had to make do with a mere makeshift laundry solution, just unacceptable. And really, who can justify the absurd lack of luggage assistance when arriving? Just outrageous. If they think I'm letting this slide without a complimentary upgrade, they're wrong. I almost thought to give a good review, but then, I just couldn't.

The hotel had a cozy atmosphere with lovely decor, perfect for exploring the historic sights. My daughter and I loved the really good breakfast options, especially the variety of pastries. Joao at the front desk gave us awesome tips about visiting the castle and local eateries.
My wife says that having more activities for kids would be great.

Recommend it for families visiting historical sites
The lady at the front desk was super helpful! She even gave us a little tour of the hotel and shared the fascinating background of the place. The breakfast spread was something else, with so many choices and everything tasted fresh, like something from a five-star restaurant.
It was definitely on the pricier side, though well worth it for what we received.
